'21 Damiya Hagemann Is Showing The World That She's The Nation's Best PG

USJN Premier Showcase Day 2 "Morning Roundup"

5’5” Jaelyn Acker PG 2021 Wisconsin Lakers
Jaelyn has an unassuming presence on the court. She’s not the tallest, not the fastest! However, Jaelyn can shoot. She gets buckets! It seemed like each made 3 pointer was all net. Every free throw she makes is all net.  She handles the ball well in the open court and with contact. She can be the focal point of an offense or facilitate to get your offense started. She’s a high IQ kid that seems to love the game. Acker is no doubt the engine of a tough WI Lakers team.

6’2” Sara Puckett Wing 2021 AL Southern Stars
Sara Puckett is a big-time talent. She has an edge to her too that’s nasty, and I like it!  She has put a lot of work into her frame which allows her to move efficiently on the court on the perimeter or inside. Puckett shoots the ball the same way every time whether on her pull up or 3 ball. She has good enough touch to use the glass on shots just outside the paint. She’s physical and plays off contact well.  I was crazy impressed with Sara on both ends of the court as will many BCS coaches.

5’8” Shae Littleford PG 2021 Indiana Elite
Shae is one of the toughest guards I’ve seen all year. She’s excellent going downhill, almost like a running back hitting the hole. She searches for contact on the drive and finishes exceptionally well at the rim for her size. She plays hard all the time on both ends of the court. Littleford is the catalyst for an outstanding Indiana Elite squad.  She can shoot the 3 with good range. One of her best attributes is she demands the defense to help, drawing multiple defenders,  she can create shots for others. Let's say Shae can beat you in so many ways and she usually does.

5’8” Damiya Hageman PG 2021 MI Crossover
“We need to talk...” Usually, those words signal the beginning of the end, especially when coming from a parent or your boss. However, in this case, we need to talk about Damiya Hageman arguably being the top 2021 PG in the country. Here’s Damiya’s 2-day resume from the Nike EYBL...Winning, 3-0, Leadership, Multiple clutch shots, Dictating the tempo, Consistency from 3, Scores in the post on smaller guards, Scoring from all three levels done, Calls plays based on what D gives her, Rock-A-Baby (signature move), Dozens of assist w/ a few off no-looks, Came back to finish game through injury, Magic Johnson-like smile, and presence
