Charlotte, NC - In a game that featured a few of  Charlotte’s top underclassmen Vance jumped on West Charlotte early. Sophmore guard Ahlana Smith hit 2 early three’s to put Vance up 11-2 before the half way mark of the 1st quarter. West Charlotte never recovered. Trailing by as much as 20 in the 3rd. They were able to cut the lead to 10 in the 4th behind Freshman Da’Nya Hamilton’s big shots but never got any closer. Vance Freshman Dazia Lawrence was in attack mode from the start. She made a living getting in the paint and finished with 24 points. Smith led all scorers with 30points.
