Harrisburg, NC – The 2nd annual LBI Preseason Scrimmage featured some really talented teams that are looking to make deep runs into the state tournament this year. There was a lot of young talent on hand and a few seniors that are still available that made a name for themselves.

Jenesai Muhammad 5’8 G Concord First Assembly
Pure shooter that scores it from all over the floor. She has a good handle and is an active defender.

Fairen Sutton 5’5 PG Butler
Makes good decisions from the point, shoots the 3 really well. She’s able to get into the paint to create opportunities for her teammates.

Aja Stevens 5’5 PG South Meck
Pass first point guard that makes her teammates better. Strong going left and right and finishes through contact.

2017

Zaria Wright 5’8 CG Concord First Assembly
Elite level scorer from all 3 levels. Showed range from beyond the arc. Rebounds her position well and finishes through contact.

Kayla Brown 5’5 PG Mallard Creek
Very quick pg with a great handle. Consistent shot from 3 range. Does a good job getting into the lane to create.

Italyia Hardy 5’6 G Carolina Prep Academy
Good ball handler that creates off the dribble. Aggressive guard that stays in attack mode.

Dynasty Heyward 5’7 G North Meck
Streaky shooter from 3. Lock down defender that has a nose for the ball. Finishes very well in transition.

2018

Gabby Smith 6’ P Hickory Ridge
Strong post that knows how to use her body. Finishes through contact. Rebounds on both ends.

Jiera Shears 5’7 PG Hickory Ridge
Does a great job getting in the lane going right or left. Makes good decisions.

Ahlana Smith 5’9 G Vance
Elite level scorer. Gets it done all over the floor on the offensive end. Finishes well in transition.   

2019

Dazia Lawerence 5’9 G Vance
Complete ball player. Competes on both ends. Scores from all 3 levels.
