Smith & McDaniel visits Happy Valley, Sape gets 1st offer, Cockerham visits Ball State

Smith & McDaniel Takes Unofficial to Happy Valley and Receive Offers
LBInsider.com No.2 & No. 3 rated players in the Michigan class of 2017 Kamaria McDaniel of Dearborn Heights Robichaud High School and Alisia Smith of Lansing Waverly High School, both took an unofficial visit to Penn State this past weekend. The Nittany Lions already have a commitment from 2016 guard Siyeh Frazier of Detroit Renaissance High School, and are continuing to make the state of Michigan one of their top recruiting priorities by offering the talented McDaniel and Smith. 

Nebraska Latest to Offer Southfield Lathrup’s Deja Church
LBInsider.com No.1 rated player in Michigan class of 2017, Deja Church of Southfield Lathrup High School, picked up another Big Ten offer this week from Nebraska. Church who saw her stock rise after playing very well during the July evaluation period, also holds offers from Big Ten schools Michigan, Northwestern, Iowa and Minnesota.

Sape Receives First Offer from Wayne State
6’3” post Amanda Sape ’17 of Bloomfield Hills High School received her first scholarship offer from Wayne State University. Sape, who averaged 12 points and 7 rebounds per game as sophomore, is also getting interest from several Division 1 programs.

Hartland's Cockerham Takes Unofficial Visit to Ball State
Graysen Cockerham of Hartland HS took an unofficial visit to Ball State University last weekend. LBInsider.com No. 5 rated player in the class of 2018 holds an offer from Central Michigan University is also getting major interest from several other Mid-American Conference programs.
