Country Day Yellow Jackets (Class B)
We say it every year; Head coach Frank Orlando has a team that is capable of winning it all. The defending Class B champs will look to repeat in the 2015-16 season as they have a very talented roster from top to bottom. This year’s team will be led by premier player, 5’10” Junior Destiny Pitts, who can single handedly take over a game. Pitts is joined by 6’3” Junior Tyler Bennet, one of the top post defenders in the state, and the dynamic sophomore standouts, top ranked Kaela Webb and Maxine Moore. Watch out for freshmen Jasmine Powell and Adrian Folks, who bring their talents and competitiveness to make the Yellow Jackets that much deeper and a true force to be reckoned with.
