University of Detroit Mercy Elite Camp Top Performers (Detroit, MI)

Detroit, MI: It was hot outside, but the heat inside Caliban Hall today was just as intense. Nearly 50 ballers from the Midwest packed the gym, all bringing their A-game. The competition was fierce, and the energy was electric. Here are a few players who stood up and stood out.

Lucy Young 2028 Post
Lucy had an outstanding weekend on the elite camp tour, showcasing her dominance as a post presence. She controlled the paint on both ends, using her size, strength, and footwork to finish consistently around the rim. Her ability to run the floor in transition and rebound at a high level set her apart throughout the weekend. Lucy brings intensity, effort, and a true inside force that changes the game. She is a big-time performer with a bright future.

Riley Johnson 2028 Guard
Riley impressed with her deep shooting range and ability to create off the bounce. She played with great pace and had a strong impact on both ends of the floor.

Maysa Araba 2026 Guard
Maysa was a bucket all day, smooth off the bounce, great feel for the game, and a consistent shooter. A natural scorer.

Caroline Bayliff 2026 Guard
Caroline is a tough, gritty guard and true playmaker. She sees the floor well, plays with a high skill set, and proved she can knock down shots from all over.

Izzie Eke 2027 Wing
Izzie is a long, smooth guard who can shoot it, slash to the rim, and stayed consistent all day. A promising prospect with great upside.

Marley Jeffers 2026 Wing
Marley was a physical force, attacking the rim and finishing through contact. She rebounded with toughness and stood out as one of the top athletes in the gym.

Nina Rodriguez 2026 Guard
Nina is a smart, high-motor guard who can play both backcourt spots. She shoots it well, makes some nice passes, and consistently makes plays.

Marianna Jones 2026 Forward
Jones is a tough forward who backs down from no one. She finished well in the lane and showed she can handle the ball in transition. She had a strong showing all afternoon.

Dinara Horsford 2029 Guard
One of the best guards off the bounce all day. She had a strong handle, was quick off the dribble, created for teammates, and consistently made plays in the lane. Played bigger than her size on both ends.

Madisyn Aldridge 2027 Guard
Madisyn had a great day, proving she’s a true PG. She made smart passes, scored when needed, and ran her team like a floor general. Overall, it was a strong performance.
