Louisville, KY:  The Classic in Louisville did not disappoint; there were some great team great players and a ton of coaches on the baseline. Here are a few ballers that stood out this weekend.

2026 Keadriah Butler | Always 100 Platinum 2025
Butler is a big guard who played big all weekend. She handled the rock under pressure attacking her defender off the bounce getting in the lane and finishing through contact. She has a smooth first step, and she used it repeatedly to attack the paint.

2025 Roxy White | Example Sports UAA 2025
Roxy is a do it all wing who dominated on the boards and physically got to the basket repeatedly for two points or drawing contact and a foul. She showed she could hit the 15-footer plays with a high basketball IQ and a high motor, both great skills for a young wing.

2026 Shanai James | Example Sports UAA 2025
Shania is a super playmaker with a slick handle, a quick first step, and a smooth jumper off the bounce, and she did a great job dropping dimes and running the show for her squad. She was a pest on defense, causing turnovers and applying big-time pressure on the ball 94 feet. James was, regardless of age, one of the best players in Louisville this weekend.

2026 Anna Shirley | Stars Basketball Nashville UA Rise
Anna is a long guard with an effective handle and a pure shot from deep. She was successful all weekend, using her size to score over defenders and finish in traffic. She did a great job using her length to rebound and play the passing lanes on defense.

2025 Mackenzie Woods | Always 100 Platinum 2025
Mackenzie is a tough scrappy guard with a nice handle and showed that she could shoot it from deep or beat her defender off the bounce.  She has nice vision, a good feel for the flow of the game, and did a great job of not forcing it but taking what the defense gave her. Look for a big summer from Woods.

2026 Emily McDonald | XGen Elite Premier 2025
Emily is a very smooth guard who plays the game equally impressively with both hands, is always under control, and with an extremely high basketball IQ. Without a lot of flash and extras, she dominated games with a mixture of being able to shoot it from deep, using great vision to find teammates attacking off the bounce, and just flat out being a big-time competitor and a big-time player. BUY STOCK in this young lady NOW!!

2026 Leah Nordin | Wisconsin Blaze Inferno 2024
Leah is an extremely effective long wing with the ability to score inside and out. She showed great footwork on the block and a nice soft touch but was able also to stretch the defense and knock down the three. She plays with little wasted energy and playing up on the 2024 squad; she competed at a high level showing that she not only fit in, she stood out!

2024 Mara Mitchell | Michigan Mystics S40 RUH
Mara picked a good time to turn it up this weekend. Playing the Michigan Storm, she made big triples, handled the pressure, and got to the rack for two super aggressively. Mara played with great confidence making the right play and showing that she would and could do whatever it took to win the game. Mara had a big time weekend for the Mystics!

2024 Jasmine Jones | Bollingbrook NE2K
Jasmine had a great weekend scoring the rock for Bollingbrook. She has a deceptively quick first step, she exploded to the hoop off the bounce finishing in traffic, and when they backed off of her, she stepped out and hit the triple. Jones scored the rock at a high level and played each game with big time energy.

2024 Alayna West | Mac Irvin Fire Godfather
Alayna is a super tough, do it all guard who plays the game on go every minute she is on the floor. She is aggressive in getting to the hoop; she can shoot the three; she locks up on defense, and she made it a habit of making the tough finishes look easy. She has the ability to play 1 through 3 on O but more impressive; she can defend 1 through 4 very effectively. Look for West to really explode during the summer session!

2026 Lilly Williams| MIchigan Mystics S40 Ruh
With all eyes on Lilly and everyone wanting to see how she would respond to paying with the 2024's, she didn’t wait to show that she not only belonged but was there to dominate. She was one of if not the best defenders I watched all weekend, blocking shots, altering shots taking up space in the lane, and rebounding the ball at a high clip. She also showed she could score the ball, displaying a smooth, soft touch, good hands, good feet, and an ability to establish position on the block. The baseline buzz on Williams was loud, and she is only getting started!!

2025 Noelani Dunn | Example Sports UAA 2025
Dunn plays with an extremely high motor on both ends of the floor, causing havoc on defense, applying pressure in transition, running the floor, and aggressively attacking the hoop. She also is one of the best shooters in the gym, hitting multiple triples for her team all weekend. Look for her to explode even more on the recruiting scene.

2025 Deniya Prawl | Become One GUAA 17U E40
The REAL DEAL is the best description I can come up with right away for Prawl, she is a straight bucket, and she did it, making it look easy. She scored the rock from all over the floor hitting Jump shots from all over, getting to the hoop off the bounce, and even scoring with her back to the basket. She excels at all levels of the game and will be one of Canada’s best for the next few years.

2025 Destiny Jackson | Example Sports UAA 2024
Destiny was not just one of the most exciting electric guards to watch this weekend; she stamped herself as one of the best regardless of class. She has the ball on a string getting to her spots on the floor, shooting it at a high clip, and finding a way to score the ball in traffic over taller defenders. She takes pride in sitting down on defense and is one of the best competitors I watched all weekend. I have been singing her praises for two years now, and nothing has changed my mind; this girl Is the truth!!

2027 Sydney Savoury | Legends U S40
Sydney has all the tools and skills to affect the game in so many ways that when you really pay attention you realize she almost has a triple double each time out. She has the ability to score the ball at a high clip, play the front of the pressure defense creating multiple turnovers, rebounding the rock, and dropping dimes to teammates. Showing she is a gym rat she has also added the deadly 3-point shot to her game hitting close to 3-4 a game all weekend. No need to wait for the future Sydney Savoury is here now!!!

2024 Reese Gaytan | Michigan Mystics S40 Ruh
Reese had a great weekend for the Mystics; she was a workhorse with a high motor seemingly grabbing every loose ball making every hustle play and slings. Great job slashing to the hoop for two or scoring in transition.  Reese played at an elite level all tournament and was a big part of the Mystics success.

2026 Myah Neighbors | MBA GUAA 2026
Myah is a super quick guard who plays with an unbelievable pace on both ends of the floor. She was consistently getting two feet in the line and either attacking the hoop or finding a teammate for an easy two. Myah was a pest on defense, hounding the ball handler all over the floor and disrupting the flow of the opponent's offense.

2025 Allie Daniels | 2025 WV Thunder Select S40
Daniels was a kid that just kept peeling back the layers as the game went on. She did a lot of things well. A great touch in the paint. Her interior passing was great. Finishing back to the basket or facing the basket was hard to stop. She made big play after big play off the ball pursuit of key rebounds or running the floor in transition; Daniels play was pivotal for the Thunder. The kid is just a really good basketball player.

2025 Melana Glysch | Wisconsin Impact
Shooter! Glysch can really shoot it. She made several threes in the first half, a few in transition, and 1 in the draw and kick. Evident was her ability to get her feet set quickly and the ease with which she shot the ball due to her strength. She offers great size in the wing and plays extremely hard.

2026 Violet Hall | Indiana Best Court Queens
So impressed with Violet’s business like demeanor and defense. She displayed a feathery soft jump shot and moved very well off the ball. Most impressive was that she is playing at such a high level with one arm. Can’t wait to see play at the next level. Hats off to you, kid.

2026 Allison Linke | 2026 Wolverinas
Linke was murder with her back to the basket. She’s so strong and crafty, a lethal combination for the opponent. She was so good going over her right shoulder; I thought she was left handed. She’s got an old school feel to her post game but supplements that with the ability to knock down the outside shot. One of the best back to basket/interior bags I saw this weekend.

2024 Grace Gambotz | IL Lady Lightening Select Seberger
Gambotz was a major contributor to her team. She helped control the pace of play and made great decisions with the ball. Her craftiness around the rim entertained me, ball fakes and all. Her motor allows her to impact the game on both ends, as she is as tough as they come. Easily one of the top facilitating guards at The Classic.

2027 Ashlee Baker | 2026 IGB 15U GUAA
Baker has a lot of tools. I first noticed she makes good decisions with the ball and delivers the pass. She was able to make several deep shots as one, in particular, was in transition, which showed her ability to get her feet set quickly to show off her shooting form. She’s poised against pressure and made several critical plays that put her team in a position to win.

2026 Brooklyn Renn | 2025 IGB 16U GUAA
Brooklyn Renn has gym-rat swag. Very very impressed with my first viewing of Renn. She probably didn’t score the ball as well as she would have liked to, but her fingerprints were all over the game. Looked like a guard pushing the ball in transition but looked like a bonafide big in the paint. She is well rounded all ready and has potential oozing out of her ears that she will realize because she plays so hard. She’s easily one of the top 2026s in the country.

2027 Symora Damon | 2026 Example Sports UAA
When Symora Damon wants to get a bucket, she can get it. Damon was electric Friday night, especially in the open court. She made a few jaw dropping moves that had college coaches flipping pages to find her name. She’s jet quick off the dribble and very difficult to stay in front of due to her ability to change speeds and directions. Damon is definitely a problem.

2025 Maddie Moody | Legends U 16U
Moody is a double-double waiting to happen. The lefty was so good in the paint Friday night at The Clash. She was a beast in the paint, scoring over either shoulder and was even better doing the dirty work as she was a huge problem on the offensive glass. Strength and great touch around the basket allowed her to impact the game's outcome in favor of Legends U. Moody may not be the most athletic big on the floor, but she is elite at using leverage and will outwork you.
