Wooster, OH: Today was a great day in Wooster Ohio at the Ohio Summer Showcase. There were a lot of great players in the building and a gym full of college coaches eager to find out who got next! Session one was made up of some of the best 2024, 2025, and 2026's in Ohio, PA, and WV. Here are just a few that caught my eye!!!!

Madison Singer 2025 Smithville Guard
Madison stood out today showing a high basketball IQ, an excellent floor game with a good handle a consistent shot, and the ability to get in the lane and make plays for her or her teammates off the dribble.

Hunter Guinn 2025 CVCA  Forward
Hunter is tall, long, and athletic she used all three to attack the hoop off the dribble and finish at the rim. She also did a great job rebounding the basketball and defending the paint on D. Very promising youngster.

Larkyn Eysoldt 2025 Beavercreek Guard
Larkyn displayed a very nice handle with a good feel for the game, she made a lot of plays off the dribble for her and her teammates. She competed and was very aggressive on defense forcing a number of turnovers.

Victoria Mescher 2025 Fort Loramie Guard
Victoria has great size for a guard, she knocked down multiple jump shots and did a great job slashing or getting to the basket off the dribble. She showed great poise and court awareness and played with maturity beyond her years.

Charlotte Miller 2025 Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard Point Guard
Charlotte is a very skilled, very smart playmaking guard that finds a way to affect the game whether on or off the ball. With the ball in her hands, she is a treat to penetrate, score or just make sure the offense is running smoothly. Playing some today without the ball she showed that she could be a spot up shooter or a slasher scoring off of cuts and back doors.

Reagan Heck 2025 Sandusky Perkins Wing
Reagan is a very aggressive wing who looked to attack off the dribble and was able to draw contact and finish in traffic. She also showed her range by knocking down the three and the mid-range shot. Reagan is going to be a problem at the high school level for years to come.

Grace McQuiston 2024 South Range Guard
Grace was in attack mode all morning, she showed good strength and poise off the dribble making a lot of plays going to the basket.  In the game, I watched she had some tough finishes in traffic and scored the ball well in transition.

Brooklyn Vickers 2024 Brush  Point Guard
One of the top guards I watched all day Brooklyn an electric guard had the rock on a string and she did a great job running the show and scoring the rock when necessary. In one game she easily scored 10 out of her team's 12 points in a short stretch with Jump shots, cat quick moves to the hoop, and tough finishes in traffic.  Brooklyn is the real deal!!!

Erica King 2024 Akron Hoban Guard
Tough physical, defensive minded guard who caused all kinds of havoc on D and turned it into offense off of steals and transition. Erica also showed she could shoot the 3 and make plays off the bounce.  A super athletic guard who competed at a high level all day.

Corri Vermilya 2024 Loudinville Guard
Corri is a big- time recruit in the making, she made plays off the bounce and used her length and strength the score in the mid-range and attacking the basket.  She also showed she could knock down the three which made her a very hardcover. Look to hear a lot from Vermilya in the next few years.

DC Lanier 2024 Port Clinton PG
Super quick guard that showed she loved to make the play to set up her teammates, dropping dimes, and running the show for her squad. DC also locked up on D and forced a number of turnovers which led to transition buckets.

Macie Miller 2024 Old Fort Point Guard
Made a lot of shots today off the dribble or in the flow. Macie has a nice handle and the ability to break her defender down to create or get a bucket. Tough smart PG that had a nice feel for the game.

Caitlyn Titler 2024 Triway PG
Jumped out right away with her athleticism and court awareness. She has a pretty shot and made a number of smart high IQ basketball plays. Playing with two other PGs she had to play off the ball and she still manages to make plays with or without the ball.

Grace Knowlton 2024 Frontier Guard
Grace is a Very good floor general, who had great vision and was a great passer. Using her tight handle she was able to run the show as a pass first PG who also was able to knock the perimeter shot down when they backed off and get in the lane to make plays.

Faith Pickens 2025 Williamstown WV Power Forward
Very good young interior presence, Faith did a great job establishing post position and using good footwork and a soft touch to score the rock. She also rebounded the ball at a high clip and threw some very nice outlet passes.

Corniya Clay 2024 Toledo Central Catholic Point Guard
Corniya is a super quick, physical guard that gets to her spots to make plays for her teammates. She is a top-notch defender who takes pride in defending the ball at a high level. She was one of the top guards in the morning session.

Erica Gribble 2026 Greensburgh Central Catholic PA Guard
Erica is a tough floor general with a nice handle and does a great job setting the table for all of her teammates.  She has a great feel for the game and the ability to get buckets when needed. I love her competitive edge.

Bree Allen 2024 Fairland Wing
Coaches don’t wait too long because this young lady can go. Bree a 2024 wing is an aggressive bucket getter that can score it off the bounce or shoot the stand still. Today Bree showed an array of finishes in traffic and did a great job rebounding the ball and leading the break with the dribble or going coast to coast for two!

Isabelle Calloway 2024 Akron Hoban Point Guard
Isabelle has a nice handle and the ability to get to her spots on the floor. She plays with great poise and she can hit the J or drive to create for herself or a teammate. Isabelle was one of the best guards in the morning session.

Aaliyah Wirth 2024 Triway Wing
An endless motor, Aaliyah played on go the whole morning rebounding the ball, scoring in transition, and making plays off of sheer hustle. She is a tough defender that competes at a high level all with a big smile on her face.
