Indianapolis, IN: Day two of the Hoosier Heat definitely did not disappoint as the crowds got bigger and the baselines doubled up, the action on the floor got heated and the true ballers stepped up and stood out. Here are a few standouts in today's action.

Lili Wilken TEAM B WRIGHT 22 UAA 2022 Guard
Lilli had a good day shooting the rock knocking down some big shots and scoring in transition. Lilli does a great job finding her spots on the floor and she has a quick release to help her get shots off regardless of the defender.

Miller Brown TEAM B WRIGHT 22 UAA  2022 Guard
Miller is a great floor general with a nice handle, super quick, a sweet shot, and the ability to make plays for her or her teammates. She was super aggressive today in penetrating the gaps and creating. Miller is fun to watch and she will be fun to watch at the Division one level running someone’s squad!

Jasmine Timmerson WPA Bruins UAA 2023 Guard
Jasmine was big time today (as usual) creating off the bounce, slashing, using her speed to get out in transition and dropping dimes or getting buckets. No matter the situation she is always in control while playing super aggressive on both ends of the floor.

Sydney Ryan TEAM B WRIGHT 22 UAA 2022 Guard
Sydney is super smooth and showed she could do a little bit of everything to help her team secure the dub. She handles the rock and a nice pace, she gets to the lane and finishes, she hit the J and she locked up on D. Sydney gave the full package this afternoon.

Gabby Reynolds MBA UA RISE  2024 Guard
Gabby is one of the future stars of MBA and it may not take long for her to get there. A long athletic guard, Gabby defends 1 through 5 and has a motor that never stops. Offensively she is very smooth and glides and slashes her way to buckets she also has a great feel for the game showing off her vision and ability to drop dimes.

Karra Bartels MBA 2023 UA RISE 2023 Forward
They say big time players show up when the brightest lights are on and Karra came off the bench to show she has the potential to be a big-time player. Providing a huge spark Karra came in and scored quickly in the post, rebounded the rock, and provided much needed toughness against a very tough WV Thunder team. Karra displayed a soft touch, nice footwork, and more importantly coaches she showed she wasn’t afraid of the moment!!!

Timberlynn Yeast WV Thunder 2023 Guard
Yeast is a super quick guard who got in the lane at ease, finished in traffic, and when she wasn’t scoring she was dropping sweet dimes to her teammates. When any of the games got tight down the stretch she seemed to turn up her competitive juices and made some spectacular plays to help her squad.

Macy Brown MBA 2023 UA RISE 2023 Guard
Macy once again showed she is a prime-time player on the big stage. With the lane clogged and WV thunder doing their best to limit her touches Macy had to let it fly from deep and that she did. Knocking down a couple jumpers from deep-deep Macy showed she has great range to go along with her smooth handle and high IQ.

Alexa Washington WPA Bruins UAA 2023 Guard
Alexa makes plays all game in the Bruins high powered offense and defense. She scores in the half court, in transition and she uses her quickness vision, and play making ability to set up her teammates for easy buckets. Alexa is a great on the ball defender and she always seems to be in the middle of the action. Today when the game got close she stepped up and knocked down back to back huge threes to help secure the victory.

Reagan Vinskovich WV Thunder 2023 Forward
Reagan was a bully on the block the few games I watched her play. She established great post position and when she got it down there it usually was a bucket. A real soft touch and good footwork Reagan had her way with the girls trying to cover her in the paint, she even showed some ball skill by putting it on the floor and knocking down the 15 footer.
