Brighton, MI: The Michigan Jamboree was a chance for teams to reunite and get some good run in before they hit the road in July. There were some great games and even better performances today at the Legacy Sports complex. Here are some of the standouts from the day!
Madi Uyl MBA Guard 2025
Madi played very well today for her MBA squad, she has a great handle, great control of the game and when she wasn’t dropping dimes to her teammates she was either getting to the rack or knocking down the jumper.
Elisha Dykstra MBA Guard 2025
Elisha plays with a very nice pace to her game she has great vision and court awareness, she had success today getting in the lane, putting pressure on the defense, and making the right play off the dribble for her or her teammates.
Alli Zajac Michigan Premier Forward 2025
Alli showed a lot of ball skills today scoring inside and outside and being the focal point of the Premier 2025 offense. She showed great footwork a soft touch and she was aggressive attacking the hoop. Alli displayed the ability to create a shot off the bounce or score in the paint with the post touch. Huge upside for Ms. Zajac.
Keira Roehm Michigan Mystics Guard 2026
Keira had the perimeter shot clicking today, knocking down multiple threes in the two games her team played she also was aggressive putting the ball on the floor and making plays. Keira showed a nice handle and the court awareness to make the right read when attacking.
Tanae and Tani Hairston Always 100 Forwards 2025
These twins are super aggressive forwards that do their damage in the paint and in transition. Both Tanae and Tani establish great post position in the paint and displayed the ability to score in traffic with strength and a soft touch.
Khala Williams Always 100 Guard 2026
Khala has a smooth old school type game, playing at a steady pace, she used her size and length to see over and around the defense to make some sweet passes to set up her teammates. When the games got close Khala took over as a scorer and attacked the hoop for two or knocked down the J from deep. Khala will definitely be one to watch in the next few years.
Molly Stock Always 100 Guard 2023
Molly had a GREAT game today in her team’s tough loss to The Michigan Crossover. Molly was everywhere for her squad getting buckets, dropping dimes, playing defense, and battling each possession. Showing a nice handle great vision and an ability to get to the rack she kept the defense honest by mixing up the jumper, the drive, and the dish. Stock and her Always 100 squad will definitely make a lot of noise this July.
Macy Brown MBA Guard 2023
Macy is a smooth lefty who did it all for her squad today, a true leader, Macy scored the ball at all three levels, ran the show, and was the vocal leader of her team. Macy never lets the defense speed her up, playing at her own pace she showed great court awareness and a great feel for the game. Macy is BIG TIME!
Renna Schieterman Always 100 Guard 2023
Renna played with a very nice pace today using her handle to beat her defender repeatedly off the dribble creating baskets for herself or her teammates.
Molly Deurloo Pride Guard 2023
Molly was her usual self today hustling and making plays off of her toughness grit and ability to slash or attack off the dribble. Molly’s game is multi-dimensional and she is always in position to make a play on both ends of the floor.
Maddie Petroelje MBA Guard 2023
SHOOTERS SHOOT!!! Maddie shoots that thing, give her one inch and she is knocking down the J from anywhere on the floor. Very comfortable outside the three point line Maddie showed she could also put it on the floor as well by getting to the rack when they ran her off the line.
Sydney Hendrix Michigan Crossover Forward 2023
Sydney is one of my favorite players to watch, always on go, Sydney makes play after play with her toughness, quickness, ball skill and just flat out ability to make a play. In both games today Hendrix made a play or two that made everyone jump out of their seat with a spin a euro or finish that you wondered how she did it. COACHES if she is not on your board yet I suggest you add her, Sydney Hendrix can GO!!
Alivia Rice Always 100 Guard 2026
Extremely athletic guard Alivia out jumped and out hustled her way to buckets and rebounds all afternoon. Using her speed in transition Alivia got to the rack scoring the rock and applying pressure to her opponents.
Asia Yokley Michigan Crossover Guard 2023
Asia was letting it go today and the result usually meant three from deep. Making her living outside the arc Asia found herself open on multiple swings and she was letting it fly. Asia hit multiple long range shots in both games today and played a big part in both victories for the Crossover.
Neveah Jackson Always 100 Guard 2023
Neveah showed in both games today that she does it on both ends of the floor. Using her length and athleticism to guard the other team’s best player Jackson did a great job locking up and making it difficult for them to get off. Offensively, Neveah showed her range and versatility getting buckets, being very aggressive she knocked down multiple threes and scored getting to the rack.
Devin Hagemann Michigan Crossover Point Guard 2024
Devin found herself in a tight contest today until she completely changed the game with her speed, her quickness, and her ability to drop dimes, score in the paint, and dictate the tempo of the game. Devin an excellent ballhandler and playmaker turned bucket getter by knocking down the perimeter shot and getting to the rack at will to secure two victories for her squad.
Braxcynn Baker MBA Guard 2024
Braxcynn just flat out gets buckets, in a tough game vs a very good Always 100 squad she was super aggressive hitting triples, knocking down the midrange, or getting to the rack, Baker has the full offensive package.
Alexis Stillman Always 100 Guard 2025
Alexis has a very nice feel for the game and a smooth handle that allowed her to get to her spots on the floor. Playing up a grade Alexis showed she more than belongs and that she will be heard from loud and clear for years to come.
Anna Richards Michigan Premier Guard 2024
Coaches, please lock in if you are not already sold, Anna is on the verge of Breaking out as one of the state’s next hot recruits. There is not much she can’t do on the floor, she shoots it well from deep has a nice handle, and her vision and passing ability is next level. Anna is so calm and smooth with the ball she never looks out of control all great traits for a true floor general. Don’t be late!!!
The best game of the day was the 2022 Michigan Crossover EYBL vs MBA 2022 UA RISE this game was played at a very high level with big time plays and performers on both sides. The Crossover pulled it out at the end 60-55 but there was no shortage of standouts in the game.

Lexus Bargesser - Hit 3 big time threes in the 2nd half to match MBA’s hot shooting.
Ruby Whitehorn – Scored what was ultimately the winning bucket was aggressive down the stretch taking over the game with her ability to get buckets, she also had three huge shot blocks to change the game.
Deoncey Thompson- Hit some big shots from deep and scored in transition
Brooke Daniels- Led the charge in the front of the press and scored multiple baskets in transition, also made some big stops in crunch time when her team needed it.
MBA UA RISE 2022
Alaina Diaz- Always one of the hardest working players on the floor Diaz hit some big shots and made big plays on both ends of the floor.
Abbey Kimball- Hit some huge shots and made plays off the bounce, also was a big factor in the MBA press which forced multiple turnovers in the 2nd half.
Alli Carlson- Ran the show handled the pressure and hit some big time triples late in the game to give MBA a chance to win. Also hit one of my favorite 3s when she knocked it down and gave a fun little point at her defender as the ball sank through the net….love the swag!
Theryn Hallock- ALWAYS ON GO MODE , Theryn made some huge hustle plays and hit a huge three late in the game to tie it up.
