Kam Richards  2022  5’6”  PG  Grosse Pointe South
Kam was the floor general for her team from start to finish. She handled the ball well under pressure and made sure the offensive flow of her squad stayed consistent. Kam kept the same energy and composure the entire game on both ends of the court. She finished with a game-high 18 points.

Caprice Augustine  2021  6’2’  C  Ypsilanti
Caprice was the lone dominant force in the paint for her squad. She worked hard to get open, finishing strong in transition and in a half-court set.  She used her long arms and
solid frame to dominate the boards and block shots. She finished a double-double, 12 points, and 13 rebounds.

Lauren DeWolf  2022  5’6”  CG  Ann Arbor Pioneer
Impressive on both ends of the court, DeWolf showed strong leadership and maturity. She was very active on defense, sparking multiple transitional points for her squad. She made smart decisions with the ball, especially with her shot selection. She finished with a game-high 19 points and also earned 9 steals and 4 rebounds.

Felicia Steward  2021  5’8”  SG  Ann Arbor Pioneer
Steward was aggressive on both offense and defense. She did a great job of playing the lanes, creating turnovers, and sparking fast breaks. She penetrated the lane earning easy layups and trips to the free-throw line. She was afraid to let the fly from deep wither, sinking a couple of three-point shots.  She finished with 17 points.

Abrie Cabana  2021  5’10”  CG  Grass Lake (Verbally Committed To Grand Valley)
One of the most focused and disciplined players on the court, everything about Abrie’s game, was strategic. She took the perfect shots, made dynamic passes, and was remarkable at running the court and causing disruption on defense. When her team went down, she kept her cool and was very close to bringing them back. She finished with a game-high 24 points.

Lexus Bargesser  2022  5’8”  SG  Grass Lake
Watching Lexus play, there are three words that come to mind… SHE’S GOT GAME! Whether it was showing her arsenal of moves to get to the hoop or knocking down a jump shot with her quick release, Lexus was beyond impressive. She played solid defense as well. With her teammate Abrie Cabana and a few other key pieces on their squad, Grass Lake is a dominant force in Division III. Lexus finished with the game with 14 points and 8 rebounds.

Aaliyah McQueen  2020  5’9”  SF  Flint Carman-Ainsworth (Signed with University of Illinois)
Aaliyah started the game
hungry, and it showed. She knocked down shots from everywhere, helping her team to come from behind and steal a victory. Her leadership was present even when she wasn’t on the court. She encouraged her teammates and showed a lot of maturity in a very tight game. She finished with a double-double, 21 points, and 13 rebounds.

Arie Lewis  2020  5’9”  SG  Flint Carman-Ainsworth
Lewis did her part to get her team the win, and she did it quietly and consistently. She battled for rebounds, she finished strong with contact, and she was vital in some big defensive stops. Alexis finished the game with 15 points.

Cheyenne McEvans  2020  5’8”  SG  Southfield A&T
In usual “McEvans fashion,” Cheyenne wasted no time setting the tone of the game for not only her squad but her opponent as well. She attacked the rim as if it belonged to her and was very active on defense. She showed a lot of heart that her team fed off of when Bishop Noll made their run. She scored a team-high 19 points and snatched down 13 rebounds.

Jasmine Worthy 2020  6’3”  PF  Southfield A&T
Worthy was a huge presence in the post for Southfield. She did all the things you look for. She moved without the ball to get open; she crashed the boards for rebounds, blocked shots, and dove for loose balls. She finished with a double-double, 17 points and 13 rebounds in the Southfield win.

Courtney Blakely  2021  5’8”  PG  Hammond Bishop Noll (IN)
Blakely to her squad is what gas is to a car. Her leadership and tenacity were impeccable, as well as her play. She handled the ball extremely well under pressure and never seemed to get tired. She went on a scoring run all by herself in the final minutes, never giving up until the final horn buzzed. She scored a game-high 21 points.

Mila Reynolds  2022  6’2”  SF  South Bend Washington (IN)
What a difference a year makes! Mila is even better than before. She’s stronger, the depth of her shot has increased, she had no problem driving to the basket, and she plays with a whole lot of confidence. She literally played the 2-4 positions and played them well. She was a strong rebounder and a game-changer. She finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Amiyah Reynolds  2023  6’0”  CG  South Bend Washington (IN)
Amiyah is only a freshman, but she plays like she’s on her way to college. Her IQ is high, she has great court vision, and she knows how to go to work. The most impressive thing about young Reynolds’ game is her jump shot! She gets up in the air with confidence and lets the ball fly before she hits the ground. With her long arms, the shot is almost impossible to stop. She finished with 21 points and a game
15 rebounds.

Bree Salenbien  2021  6’3”  SF  Lenawee Christian
There was nothing, and I do mean nothing, that wasn’t clicking for Bree today. She was excellent on offense, getting to the rim and finding the open man. She was a monster on defense, blocking shot after shot and snatching down rebounds. She handled the roc in traffic and played with intensity and a ton of energy.  She finished with a game-high 24 points, nine rebounds, and five blocks.

Dani Salenbien  2020  5’9”  PG  Lenawee Christian  (Signed with Hillsdale College)
Dani was a key contributor, either directly or indirectly, in over half of Lenawee Christian’s points. She did an awesome job with her shot selection. She also did a great job of getting the ball to the open man or making the one extra needed pass for a better shot. She was aggressive on defense and played with a lot of toughness and heart. She finished with 15 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds.

Morasha Wiggins  2021  5’10”  SG  Kalamazoo Central
A scoring machine, Morasha could not be stopped. She did it all on offense, including sinking a couple of deep three-pointers. At halftime, she had scored 16 of her team’s 26 points. Although she was her team’s primary source for scoring, she did a superb job of not turning the ball over and having only two turnovers for the entire game. She finished with a team-high 21 points.

Grace Hall  2021   6’2”  SF  Homewood Flossmoor (IL)
Ms. Hall’s first name does not match her game…its actually quite the opposite of “graceful,” at least for the opposing team it is. For them, a more fitting name would be havoc, destructive, or maybe even monstrous. In the first half of
play, she was unstoppable. She scored whenever she wanted from wherever she wanted. She battled on the boards and was a beast on defense. She finished with a game-high 18 points and grabbed five rebounds.

Daija Tyson  2020  5’4”  PG  Detroit Edison (Signed with Bradley)
Daija Tyson proved once again that big players not only show up in the clutch, but they make game-changing plays. In the final 2 minutes of the game, Daija was either directly or indirectly responsible for Edison’s last three field goals that gave them a one-point lead after being down the entire 4th quarter. She never lost her cool, and her leadership and hard play carried her team to victory. She finished with a team-high 10 points and two assists.

Alexis McCully  2021  5’8”  PG  East Kentwood
Alexis is a true floor general. She can impact the game, whether she is scoring or not. She was vocal when needed and also encouraging. She is strong and often used it to her advantage to bully her way to the rim against smaller guards. She finished with a double-double 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Keliese Christopher  2021  5’11  SF  East Kentwood
Keliese was the do-it-all player for her team. She rebounded, she played great help defense, she pushed the point, she defended in the post and fought for loose balls. She has a very calm demeanor but plays as tough as a Pitbull. She finished the game with 12 points and seven rebounds.

Taylor Anderson  2022  5’9”  SG  Detroit Renaissance
Taylor’s biggest impact on the game was on the defensive end. Her energy was intense. She played excellent on the ball defense, often causing turnovers that led to points for her team. She is fast and able to cut defenders off right at their first dribble. Her hard work led to some easy buckets for herself. She finished the game with 12 points and five steals.

Mikyah Finley  2021  5’10”  SG  Detroit Renaissance
Showing some impressive moves in the paint, Finley displayed her versatility in this match up. She penetrated inside but was able to control her body and not force up shots. Finley worked really hard without the ball to get open and knocked down open jumpers. She finished the game with 12 points and three steals.

Treasure Thompson  2020  6’2”  SF  Bolingbrook (Signed with LSU)
Treasure was a force that was untamable. She got to the basket at will on offense and dominated on the boards. She played smart but physical basketball and was a definite leader for her team. On defense, she altered and blocked shots, and deflected passes. She finished with a game-high 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

Lachelle Austin  2021  5’9”  CG  Wayne Memorial
Although quiet at times, Austin seemed to get a jolt of energy on both ends of the court exactly when her team needed her to. She never seemed rattled or rushed, even once her team got down. She made smart decisions. She knew when to score and when to take the lead. Lachelle never backed down from a challenge on defense, matching up with anyone on the opposing team. She finished the game with 11 points and 5 steals.

Kayla Giroux 2022 6'1" SF Flat Rock
Giroux had a good inside and outside game for Flat Rock. She fought hard on the boards for rebounds, she played good defense in the paint and on the perimeter and led her team in scoring. She moved well without the ball, making herself available for easy shots. She went 3-5 from behind the arc and finished with game-high 26 points.
