Trinity Vance 2024 5'8" PG Legacy Early College (SC)

Charlotte, NC – The Providence Day Super Scrimmage was held at Providence Day High School this past Saturday. Twenty-eight teams came to the gym to put their practice and hard work to the test and show what they are made of. Some teams were just what we expected, while others were a pleasant surprise. The event lasted a full 10 hours and was worth every minute. With many college coaches and media outlets in attendance, it is safe to say that there are some very talented players in the Carolina state.

Ashley Roberts 2020 6’ Post Jordan HS (NC)
Roberts punished smaller defenders in the post with some very nice moves and finishes around the rim. She ran the floor and rebounded well. Roberts could be a dominant force on the defensive end as she showed flashes on numerous occasions on Saturday.

Briauna Booth 2021 5’10” SF West Forsyth HS (NC)
Bouncy forward, who was at her best running the floor in transition. Good rebounder with a quick second-bounce. Booth can impact the game on the defensive end with her length by defending the ball or playing the passing lane for deflections or steals.

Andi Levitz 2020 5’6” SG Providence Day HS (NC)
Levitz is not afraid to shoot it from deep even with a defenders hand up. Had a couple of games where she hit 3 or 4 spot up triples.  Andi plays her tail off every play and is constantly crashing the boards on both ends. She was also efficient from the point position as she got her teammates in the correct spots and made some good decisions.

Breya Busby 2021 5’5” PG Charlotte Christian HS (NC)
Busby is skilled with the ball. She showed that she could pass well off the dribble with either hand and finished well in transition. Breya knocked down a couple of open three-point shots and was a solid finisher at the rim when she was able to get inside the paint. Busby is a good on-ball defender in which should help her Charlotte Christian squad be a solid team this upcoming season.

Jacee Busick 2020 6'2" SF Glenn HS (NC)
Busick did a lot of things well on Saturday against some stiff competition. Jacee was very efficient around the rim scoring on numerous post moves, in transition and offensive put backs, and she also showed that she could step out and play away from the basket. Busick, who has verbally committed to UNC Charlotte should have a fantastic senior season.

Trinity Vance 2024 5'8" PG Legacy Early College (SC)
Vance was one of the more skilled guards in attendance. She has a lot of tools with the ball in her hands, but showed she can play without it as well. If you leave her some space, she will break you down and get in the lane to make a play or slither between gaps and score. Only an 8th grader and already playing on the varsity level, Vance could become one of South Carolina's top players in the class of 2024.

Lisa Tesson 5'10" 2021 PG TRC Academy (Canada)
Tesson was extremely comfortable handling the ball and shooting it from the perimeter. She doesn’t mind getting in the mix inside to rebound on both ends of the court. She’s athletic enough to create her off shot off the dribble and strong enough to finish at the rim as she did on several occasions throughout the day. She was one of the top three players in Charlotte this past weekend in which she caught the eye of numerous college coaches that were in attendance.
