Top Performers

6'2" PF 2018 Kayla Luchenbach Clarkston HS (Oakland)
Luchenbach did most of her damage on the inside as the future Oakland
Grizzlie was tough to contain. Kayla was strong finishing around the rim as she made several key baskets down the stretch that kept the Wolves in the game until the final buzzer.  She finished the game with a team-high 16 points.

6' SG 2018 Tara Bieniewicz Macomb Dakota HS (Trine)
She's the kind of player that everyone needs on their roster. Tara was the primary ball handler for the Cougars, but that did not stop her from doing what she does best, and that is shooting it from the perimeter. Bieniewicz drilled three triples (13 points) on the night, but her triple with just under two minutes gave Dakota a 43-41 lead, and she followed that up with a steal and layup to help seal the victory.

6' SF 2020 Cameron Grant Macomb Dakota HS
Grant got off to a slow start due to first-half foul trouble, but she picked it up in the second-half. She didn't have the offensive output that she is capable of (11 points) but she was useful in other areas such as defending and rebounding on both ends that kept the Clarkston post players from having huge nights. Grant is the ultimate team player that does things that help make her team win.

6'2" PF 2019 Taylor Williams Macomb Dakota HS
Williams who was coming off some outstanding games looked like she was in for another one. She went on a personal 8-0 run which included a deep triple. Taylor would end the night with a team-high 16 points, double-digit rebounds and a few block shots where she showed just how athletic she is. Williams, who is having a stellar junior season has seen her stock rise in her college recruitment.
