Over 50 Campers Invaded Evanston For The Northwestern Elite Camp

Evanston, IL The Northwestern University Elite Camp had over 50 players in attendance showcasing their skills. It was a hot day in Welsh-Ryan Arena, but that did not stop the campers from competing at a high pace all day long.

2018

Sarah Konstans 2018 5’9” Wing Guard Texas United (TX)
A shooter who rarely missed from behind the arc, Konstans does a good job of being shot ready, with her hands always up and hips low. She showed a nice pump fake with escape dribble as defenders rushed at her trying to contest the shot. She was definitely one of the top shooters at the camp.

Jade Edwards 2018 5’9” Wing Guard Flow Basketball Academy (IL)
A solid shooter with a high IQ, Edwards has a nice form and a quick release which allowed her to shoot it over most defenders. She runs the floor well and shoots it off the catch, and in transition. Her range is out to the 3-point line. Jade also showed that she can put it on floor and finish strong when her defender closes out.

2019

Janae Terry 2019 5’8” Point Guard 1 Nation (MI)
Terry was hands down, the best player at the camp. One of the State of Michigan’s top 2019 prospects played brilliantly all day long. The crafty guard showed off her ball handling and offensive skills. She showed the ability to make shots from anywhere on the court and was able to breakdown her defender for easy layups. There is not a lot that Terry doesn't do well. She is a very good athlete, finishes extremely well at the rim, and is also an excellent 3-point shooter.
